Roles/Responsibilities
- Prepare clear and competitive estimates for ceilings, partitions, and office fit out works
- Review drawings, specifications, and client information to produce accurate cost breakdowns
- Support tender submissions for projects ranging from £50k to £500k
- Identify buildability considerations, risks, and value engineering opportunities
- Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure scope alignment and pricing accuracy
- Maintain well-organised records of tenders and related documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients to support professional and long‑term relationships
Qualifications
- Estimating experience within ceilings, partitions, drylining, or office fit out
- Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and commercial interiors
- Confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Able to produce accurate estimates for commercial projects up to £500k
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
