Roles / Responsibilities
- Generate new business to increase sales across the client’s product portfolio
- Research and identify potential leads using multiple data sources
- Qualify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations
- Play a leading role in new business pitches and secure new accounts
- Prepare and deliver professional sales and company presentations
- Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach as required
- Negotiate commercial terms, including contracts and payment structures
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts to retain and grow revenue
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
- Respond to customer queries and follow up on opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to sales targets, forecasting, and annual business planning
- Attend industry exhibitions as an exhibitor and/or visitor
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media activity
- Participate in internal and external meetings as required
Qualifications
