Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial and high-end residential sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, consultants and key decision-makers.
Generate opportunities for complex structural glazing and bespoke architectural glass projects.
Build, manage and develop a pipeline of high-value construction projects.
Attend client meetings, networking events and project presentations.
Work closely with estimating, engineering and project delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
Track projects from concept and specification through to contract award.
Develop long-term relationships with key industry contacts to generate repeat business.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and forecasting.
Represent Our Client professionally within the architectural glazing and construction sectors.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B technical sales or business development.
Background within architectural glazing, structural glazing, curtain walling, façades, aluminium systems or related construction products.
Strong understanding of the UK construction industry.
Experience working with architects, developers and contractors.
Excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship-building skills.
Confident presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles.
Full UK driving licence.
Benefits
