Responsibilities:
- Develop new and existing business with contractors, builders, and associated trades.
- Plan and carry out regular site and office visits to manage accounts and pursue enquiries.
- Promote the full range of scaffolding and access equipment for both hire and sale.
- Respond to leads and referrals, convert enquiries into orders, and provide quotations when required.
- Deliver against personal sales and hire targets, including margin and conversion KPIs.
- Build territory plans, rotate accounts effectively, and report activity to the Field Sales Manager.
- Attend trade events and networking opportunities in your area.
- Liaise closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on new products, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the scaffolding, access, or construction hire sectors desirable.
- Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of scaffolding equipment desirable.
- Confident communicator with a proven track record of client relationship management.
- Excellent organisational and territory planning skills.
