About our Client: One of the largest national Fencing and Perimeter Security Total Solutions Provider. They are experts in the field of manufacturing, supplying & installing security fencing systems throughout the UK.

About the Role:

  • Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams
  • Ensuring work is installed safely, on time, within budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards
  • Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively
  • Managing projects ranging from £5k through to £1 million +

About the Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 year’s relevant management experience preferably within the fencing industry
  • Knowledge of Security Fencing/ Gates/ Hoarding etc
  • CSCS/SMSTS would be an advantage
  • Experienced in effectively leading teams
  • Effective influencing, negotiating skills
  • Estimating to effectively capture all variations
  • Knowledge managing project, with a strong commercial acumen
  • Accurate forecasting
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Communication skills & leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • An eye for detail
