Roles/Responsibilities
- Process survey and pre-construction data into production planning workflows
- Support the Pre-Construction Manager and wider operations team
- Prepare and manage pre-construction documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and data systems
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination
- Identify risks, inconsistencies, or data issues and support mitigation
- Produce summary reports following surveys for internal teams and clients
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded and progressed in line with project timelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, project coordination, or order processing within construction, fire protection, or similar sectors
- Experience working in a fast-paced project or operational environment
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data management systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to analyse and validate data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with social housing or local authority contracts (desirable)
- Understanding of passive fire protection or construction environments (desirable)
