As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be joining a dynamic team and will be:

  • Responsible for day to day management of project team.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality and standards.
  • Reporting to project directors, identifying risks and ensuring they are reported, managed and mitigation measures are put in place.
  • Developing an understanding of our clients’ needs and ensuring accurate and factual communications with the client.

Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Contracts Manager is required. Previous experience of electrical testing, emergency lighting and fire alarms would be beneficial. Prior experience of working with public sector clients would be useful. Must have electrical knowledge/qualification. Prior public sector experience with social housing and government buildings is preferred. Prior electrical testing experience is necessary. Able to multitask a number of smaller projects.
