We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Tractor Drivers to join our hardworking team on busy and progressive farms. If you have experience in operating a range of agricultural machinery, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating tractors and a variety of farm machinery (e.g., ploughs, cultivators, sprayers, trailers)
- Assisting with planting, harvesting, and general crop maintenance
- Carrying out daily machinery checks and basic maintenance
- Supporting with general farm duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tractor Driver in an agricultural setting
- Ability to operate modern machinery with GPS and auto-steer systems
- Valid driving licence (telehandler certificate and PA1/PA2 qualifications desirable)
- Flexible and hardworking attitude with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
In return you will be offered a highly competitive salary, and an opportunity to work for a historic family run organisation. Overtime (1.25x base rate) is paid after 52.5 hours. Pay dependent on experience, starting at £38,000 plus overtime. On average, our tractor drivers earn between £45,000 – £48,000 a year.
