We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the delivery and continuous evolution of compensation and benefits programs, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland markets.

As part of the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), this role combines operational execution, analytics, and project exposure.

You will help ensure that compensation and benefits practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and incentive processes (Primary Focus – UK & Republic of Ireland)
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation datasets ensuring accuracy and governance
  • Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job data within HR systems
  • Participate in market benchmarking and salary survey submissions
  • Contribute to job levelling and harmonisation initiatives across markets
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies
  • Support with roles leveling
  • Support administration, coordination and invoicing of benefits programs across UK and Ireland
  • Assist with benefits cost analysis and reporting
  • Monitor alignment with local market practices and regulatory requirements
  • Primary contact for employee questions and conduct new joiner benefit inductions
  • Develop compensation and benefits reporting and dashboards
  • Analyze rewards data to support decision‑making and workforce insights
  • Identify trends and provide data‑driven recommendations
  • Support internal and external audits where required
  • Contribute to Global Total Rewards transformation initiatives, including pay transparency readiness and process harmonisation
  • HRIS and data governance improvements, standardisation of Total Rewards practices
  • Support implementation of new tools, frameworks, and operating models within the COE
  • Partner with P&C, Payroll and Finance, Global total rewards teams
  • Provide first‑level guidance on compensation and benefits topics
  • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations
  • Experience supporting UK strongly preferred
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Darwin Mercer benefits platform, payroll exposure a plus.
  • Exposure to hourly paid compensation preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset and data literacy
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to balance operational execution with project work
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • High level of discretion with confidential information
  • Fluent English required
