Responsibilities
- The technical pay review system builds in partnership with our provider.
- Pay review tools to access pay and bonus spend and analytics in partnership with HR analytics.
- Pay equity, pay transparency and compensation guidance.
- Developing and maintaining salary ranges for all countries where the business operates.
- Providing guidance to recruiters, HRBP's and leaders on the appropriate use of Reward levers to inform pay decisions.
- Input into budgeting process, distributing agreed budgets, and developing merit/bonus guidelines.
- Managing all aspects of salary data submissions to salary surveys.
- Providing compensation benchmarking using market data from the salary surveys available to the business.
- Designing and maintaining the global job catalogue that defines roles, skills, and progression.
- Providing guidance and training on the formal grading of jobs, using the Mercer IPE job grading methodology.
Qualifications
- Experience with pay review software and the technical set up of a pay review. Oracle experience desirable.
- Expertise in international compensation benchmarking, pay review SME and the use of pay-related technology.
- Experience in compensation analytics and reporting with high proficiency in Excel and with PowerBI experience desirable.
- Managing day-to-day queries and all reporting relating to the annual bonus and salary review process.
- Experience of career framework creation and the maintaining of global job catalogues that define roles, skills, and progression.
- Mercer IPE job grading methodology experience is desirable.
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and sound numeric capability.
- Stakeholder and project management.
