Abweichungen und Risiken erkennen Sie frühzeitig und erarbeiten eigenständig passende Lösungsvorschläge.

Die Mietparkanalyse führen Sie wöchentlich durch – basierend auf produktparitätischen Vorgaben – und setzen identifizierte Unterdeckungen gezielt um.

Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Disposition unseres Fuhrparks und stellen eine effiziente Einsatzplanung der Fahrzeuge sicher.

Mit Hilfe von Power BI erstellen Sie Reports zu bedarfsrelevanten Kennzahlen wie Verkaufsdaten, GIA, Schrott, Capex oder Soll-Ist-Vergleichen.
