Nous recrutons pour notre agence de Lille, un Chef d’équipe SAV Electromécanique H/F, poste temps plein en CDI.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV de l’agence, vous supervisez une équipe de 3-4 techniciens SAV en charge de l’entretien et de la maintenance d’un parc de matériel de manutention motorisé (nacelles élévatrices, chariots télescopiques, ascenseurs de chantier, plateformes de travail motorisées,…).

Votre équipe intervient soit sur le matériel en dépôt au sein de l’agence soit directement sur les chantiers de nos clients régionaux.

Vous partagez votre temps entre la planification des interventions, l’accompagnement de votre équipe et la réalisation d’interventions de maintenance et de dépannage.

Sensibilisé(e) aux aspects sécurité vous êtes garant(e) de l’application des consignes et des normes réglementaires importantes dans notre activité.

Votre profil

De formation supérieure Bac +2/3 technique (électrotechnique, électromécanique) vous avez une première expérience réussie dans le management d’une petite équipe de SAV.

Vous avez développé un savoir-faire en maintenance idéalement sur du matériel mobile et avez développé des compétences en électrotechnique et/ou électronique embarquée.

Vous êtes sensibilisé(e) au contact avec les clients et appréciez-vous déplacer sur les chantiers.
