PandaFresh is a subsidiary of HungryPanda; it is an Asian grocery delivery company focused on serving the overseas Chinese community. We currently operate in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, with dark stores and retail shops. Our stores stock thousands of specialty products from China and Asia, sold through our PandaFresh app and offline stores. We are currently expanding our supply chain business to provide services to restaurants and supermarkets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by promoting and selling a full range of service offerings with a focus on our product list.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain day-to-day commercial relationships with new and existing direct accounts in the defined market/s and grow regular repeat business.
  • Set sales goals and develop sales strategies whilst researching prospects and generating leads to actively achieve set goals.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s set annual sales goals, business plans, and KPIs.
  • Initiate and conduct internal handover meetings whilst participating in sales team meetings.
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and prospective customers, including staying up to date with new trends.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel: 75% (preferred).
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to listen and interpret customer requirements.
  • Good computer skills, with knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications, such as MS Word and Excel.
