Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare and maintain employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and other relevant documents. Help organize company events and meetings, including making arrangements for venues, catering, and equipment.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Provide support to new employees, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding period.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and administration. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting and/or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

This position requires full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday, at London Office.
