Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and other relevant documents.
- Help organize company events and meetings, including making arrangements for venues, catering, and equipment.
- Onboarding and Orientation
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide support to new employees, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding period.
- HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruiting and/or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
This position requires full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday, at London Office.
