You will be the key driver of user growth and brand influence for HungryPanda in the Southampton region.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute full-cycle offline ground promotion activities, including booth setup, building sweeps, campus and community promotions, to acquire new users and meet phased new user acquisition targets.
- Operate local user communities, develop user activation and retention strategies, guide new users to complete their first order or App download, improve new user conversion rates, and promote marketing activities within the communities.
- Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, scheduling and daily management of part-time ground promotion staff, to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the local promotion team.
- Develop detailed activity schedules and execution plans, track user acquisition and marketing performance data, conduct regular performance reviews, and optimise marketing strategies iteratively.
- Manage customer acquisition cost (CAC), allocate marketing budget resources reasonably, and continuously explore and test cost-effective user acquisition channels.
- Handle unexpected situations during marketing activities (including venue changes, weather issues, temporary staff shortages, etc.), quickly develop alternative contingency plans, and ensure the smooth execution of all activities.
- Support new media operation work, including content creation and operation on Xiaohongshu, WeChat public accounts and other Chinese social platforms, to enhance local brand exposure and user engagement.
