Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery team, including recruitment, driver allocation, delivery training, driver payroll settlement, and establishing reward and penalty mechanisms to ensure normal operations of the delivery team.
- Familiarise with the surrounding delivery areas and make emergency adjustments and changes when necessary.
- Monitor fulfilment data and remain calm while flexibly adjusting delivery personnel to ensure timely order delivery and sufficient capacity, thus guaranteeing delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and control delivery costs, delivery efficiency, and team fulfilment rates.
- Communicate with the team in advance of large events, estimate order volumes, and ensure sufficient capacity.
- Respond promptly to and handle customer complaints regarding orders, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction. Ability to soothe customer emotions and quickly track order delivery information.
- Responsible for order management, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Possess data analysis skills, provide relevant solutions, and demonstrate strong execution ability.
- Master and be familiar with various backend systems to properly handle emergencies in daily operations.
