B2B Supply Chain Management Trainee – Mandarin Speaking
Location: London / Nottingham, UK
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (including night shift 10PM–8AM during Inventory module)

We are looking for a B2B Supply Chain Management Trainee to join our rapidly growing food wholesale business. This role offers a comprehensive rotational program across key supply chain functions — Inventory Management, Fulfilment Operations, Fleet Management, and Order Management — providing you with hands‑on experience in every part of our end‑to‑end supply chain.
- Oversee stock accuracy, inbound & outbound tracking, and warehouse layout optimization
- Conduct night‑shift inventory audits and support daily replenishment plans
- Monitor order fulfilment performance and coordinate warehouse & delivery efficiency
- Assist in workflow optimization and KPI improvement
- Support daily delivery planning, route optimization, and driver scheduling
- Track delivery KPIs and analyse performance data
- Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure timely order execution
- Handle order issues and support process automation projects
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business
- Strong data sense and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Willingness to work night shifts during the Inventory rotation
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination skills
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced business environment
- 6–12 month rotational training covering full supply chain functions
- Mentorship from experienced supply chain managers
- Opportunity to grow into Supply Chain Specialist / Supervisor / Analyst roles upon completion
- Monthly Salary: £3,400 (before tax)
Inventory rotation includes night shifts (10:00PM–8:00AM). Subsequent rotations are standard day shifts.
