Qualifications
What's the opportunity?
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to help lead the pub and make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead from the front, setting the standard for great customer service and a positive team culture.
- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the pub and take the lead in their absence.
- Bring the Hungry Horse brand to life by creating fun, welcoming experiences for every customer.
- Coach, motivate and develop your team, helping them to grow and reach their potential.
- Take ownership of your shifts, making quick decisions and keeping things running smoothly when it gets busy.
