Job Description
- Lead the kitchen team, inspiring and motivating colleagues to deliver consistently excellent food and service.
- Plan, organise and manage the day‑to‑day operation of a busy kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Coach, develop and support your team, helping individuals reach their full potential.
- Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with the management team to drive food quality, team engagement and commercial performance.
What you'll bring to the kitchen
- Experience as a Kitchen Team Leader looking to step into your first Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role, or previous experience managing a busy kitchen.
- A passion for developing and leading high‑performing teams.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver consistently in a fast‑paced environment.
- A genuine passion for producing high‑quality, well‑presented dishes every time.
