We're a popular destination for everything from family meals and celebrations to live sport, with a welcoming atmosphere, outdoor play area, and a menu packed with generous pub classics that keep our guests coming back.

We're looking for an experienced

Head Chef who loves leading from the front, developing great teams, and delivering consistently brilliant food in a fast-paced kitchen.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen, ensuring every service runs smoothly while inspiring your team to deliver their very best.

You'll

  • Lead, coach and develop your kitchen team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality food that keeps guests coming back.
  • Manage rotas, stock, ordering and food costs to maximise performance.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Create a positive, supportive culture where your team can thrive.
  • Work closely with the management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
