Nursery Practitioner - Early Years Educator - Qualified

We are recruiting for Passionate, Dedicated Practitioners to join our fantastic team at High Wycombe. The successful applicants will work as part of our happy team and provide safe, high quality education and care for the children attending the nursery. With a focus on learning through play, having fun with the children and ensuring that their individual needs are met. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to play an important part in enabling each child to reach their full potential.

• Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 2 or 3)

• Previous experience of shaping little lives & positively impacting families

• Great communication skills, including the ability to understand babble

• A sense of humour which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.

• A team player with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the children and the team.

• A passion for a play based approach to children’s learning and development

• Commitment – even to reach the end of that story that has been interrupted 5 times

• Patience & passion, enabling you to build effective & lasting relationships that will reward you with love, pride & a sense of achievement you won’t find in other roles!, * High Wycombe, HP11 1TJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Nursery: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Early Years Qualification (Level 2 or 3 +) (required)
