Hungry Bear Media would like to hear from Production Coordinators with experience in entertainment and sports programmes across studio and Live OBs.
Weekend working will be required across some weekends during the NFL Season.
Start date: 17th August 2026 End date: 4th December 2026 (may extend - TBC)
* You must be available 3rd & 4th, 10th & 11th and 17th & 18th October*
Reporting directly to the Senior PM, you must have the following experience:
- Writing call sheets
- Talent schedules, management and travel
- Overseeing runners on location
- Applying for filming permits
- Movement orders
- Logistics for VT shoots
- Applying for accreditation
- Release forms
- Post Paperwork (Channel 5 preferable)
Previous experience in Live OB’s and sports is desirable.
