An opportunity has arisen at Hungerford Vets, Berkshire where we are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Veterinary Surgeon for our team to cover a 12 month fixed term contract, on a full or part time basis. Nestled in the picturesque town of Hungerford, Berkshire, our veterinary practice is set against the backdrop of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
About Our Team And Facilities
We are a dedicated team of 12 experienced veterinarians and 18 skilled nurses, collectively holding a diverse range of certificates. Our expertise includes two certified specialists in surgery, two in medicine, one in ophthalmology, and we are proud to have a visiting cardiology diplomate who consults with us monthly. Our practice operates across two sites in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, at the heart of our operations is a large, purpose-built hospital, equipped to provide comprehensive care, including our own out-of-hours services. We are fully equipped with the latest technology to support advanced diagnostics and treatments, including digital X-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, multiparameter monitors, capnography, vessel sealing devices, and electrosurgery equipment. This ensures we deliver the highest standard of care to our patients at all times. We are a truly caring and bonded team who look out for each other whatever comes through the door and want someone who shares the same ethos as us to join the team.
