Our well established rural GP practice, caring for a list size of around 7,500 patients, is seeking an experienced and motivated fulltime Practice Manager to lead our dedicated clinical and administrative teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, capable leader who thrives in a varied role and values the unique strengths of a small, community centred practice. The successful candidate will oversee day to day operations, support strategic development, and ensure the smooth delivery of high quality patient care. Effective communication skills, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach are essential.
