The Hungerford Surgery is seeking two motivated Care Navigators to join our friendly primary care team.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling phone and reception duties while signposting to the right clinician or NHS service.
We value clear communication, calmness under pressure, organisation and teamwork.
Full training will be provided, with 20–25 hours per week across four to five days, in a supportive environment, including training on IT systems such as Systm One.
