Hundred Star Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.
Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at Hundred Star, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.
Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.
We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

Our small but mighty Audio department is responsible for creating sonically stunning and immersive worlds for our players to explore within our video games.
From the crunch of footsteps, to the crescendo in music to build tension, our team designs intricate soundscapes ensuring that our players don't just see the worlds we're creating - they feel a part of them.
Giving voice to our characters, our Audio Designers shape performances that land emotional beats and bring our characters to life, both during cinematic and in-game storytelling moments.
