Hundred Star Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.
Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at Hundred Star, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.
Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.
We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

As one of our largest departments, our Art team spans Character, Environment, Lighting, VFX, Concept and UI Artists, all working to create visually stunning and immersive worlds, characters and experiences that exist within our games.
From the first sketch to define a look, to the environments players explore within our games, our Art team creates not only the base art but also the lighting and effects that help set the mood and shape the overall game experience.
