We are looking for an enthusiastic Professional Café Barista to join our front-of-house team: to prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and other beverages in a fast-paced café setting.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, taking orders, processing payments and serving beverages and food.
- Upsell and promote additional products, such as pastries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Barista and hands on with brewing equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
