Help Shape the Future of Housing in Greater Cambridge

Hundred Houses Society is a charitable housing association managing 1,500 homes across Greater Cambridge.

We are seeking new Board Members and an Independent Audit & Risk Committee Member to help guide our future and deliver positive outcomes for our customers and communities.

These are strategic governance roles.

Board and Committee Members do not manage day-to-day services, but provide oversight, constructive challenge and assurance, holding the Executive Team to account for delivery in line with the Society’s mission, strategy, regulatory duties and customer commitments.

What We're Looking For

We welcome people with strategic insight, strong values and a commitment to good governance.

Previous board experience is not essential.

We are keen to hear from people with connections to Greater Cambridge, lived experience of social housing and a passion for customer engagement.

We are looking for the following skills

  • Board Members
  • Digital, data and technology expertise and/or
  • Asset management, repairs, housing quality or building safety experience.
  • Audit & Risk Committee Member
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent
  • Senior finance leadership experience
  • Audit, assurance and risk management expertise.
