Hundred Houses Society is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch and deliver a professional, resident-focused housing management service. You will handle tenancy and estate matters, maximise income, and work with partners to sustain tenancies and improve communities.
You will join a customer-facing team, resolve issues early and help build positive landlord and customer relationships while supporting vulnerable customers and ensuring safety checks and compliance.
