Hundred Houses Society in Cambridge is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a patch of properties and deliver a responsive, resident-focused housing management service. You will handle tenancy and estate matters, maximise income, address anti-social behaviour, and work with partners to sustain tenancies and sustain thriving communities.
The role requires:
- CIH Level 3 Housing qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- English and Maths GCSEs
- A full driving licence
- Strong communication skills
