Our client is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator to support their refurbishment division. This role focuses on both pitched and flat roofing works.
This is an office-based role within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing refurbishment roofing projects across pitched (tiles/slate) and flat systems.
- Producing accurate estimates using standard roofing manufacturer systems.
- Reviewing tender documentation, specification requirements and client scopes.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and secure competitive pricing.
- Supporting the commercial team throughout tender submissions and handovers.
- Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator within refurbishment.
- Strong knowledge of pitched (tiles/slates) and flat roofing systems (e.g., Langley, Polyroof, etc.).
- Comfortable working in an office-based role with proactive communication.
- Ability to interpret specifications and produce accurate, consistent pricing.
- Familiarity with Schedule of Rates is desirable but not a requirement.
