Quantity Surveyor – Passive Fire Protection  £50,000 – £60,000 | Northamptonshire  We’re searching for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in passive fire protection to join a well-established contractor based in Northamptonshire. You’ll be working on high-value fire protection packages, managing costs, overseeing subcontractor payments, and ensuring strong commercial control across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full QS function on fire protection projects Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts Monitor budgets and cost control against contract values Collaborate with operational teams and clients to ensure delivery Ensure projects remain commercially viable and profitable Ideal Background: 3+ years’ experience in quantity surveying within passive fire protection Excellent knowledge of SORs, valuations, and cost reporting Strong attention to detail and commercial mindset Based in or able to commute to Northamptonshire This is a secure, permanent role within a company that’s winning long-term frameworks and investing in its future
