About the Client Our Client is an established construction contractor delivering major projects across Europe, with opportunities available on large-scale data centre developments. The business operates within demanding construction environments where quality assurance, technical compliance, and accurate documentation are critical to successful project delivery. With 10 positions available across Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands, these roles offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced civil, structural, and project delivery teams on technically complex projects. Roles/Responsibilities Prepare, implement, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality records. Verify that approved drawings, specifications, material approvals, and relevant technical information are available prior to works commencing. Coordinate inspections, witness points, and hold points with relevant project stakeholders. Carry out site inspections across groundworks, drainage, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works. Verify that civil and structural works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Coordinate material testing and review test results against specified acceptance criteria. Maintain material traceability records, inspection documentation, photographs, and supporting quality evidence. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required and monitor corrective actions through to satisfactory close-out. Work closely with site and delivery teams to identify quality issues and prevent recurring defects. Review completed works and associated documentation to ensure quality requirements have been achieved. Maintain accurate and traceable project quality records. Support quality audits, inspections, and project reviews where required. Compile quality documentation, inspection records, and supporting evidence for project completion and handover. Promote a proactive quality culture across site operations and project delivery teams. Qualifications Previous QA/QC experience within civil engineering, reinforced concrete, structural construction, or major construction projects. Civil Engineering, Construction, or another relevant technical qualification preferred. Practical understanding of construction inspection and testing requirements. Experience inspecting groundworks, drainage, reinforcement, formwork, and/or concrete works. Experience managing non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality documentation. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and test results. Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to quality assurance and record keeping. Confidence raising quality concerns and ensuring corrective actions are followed through to completion. Good written and spoken English. Data centre construction experience would be advantageous. Experience using digital quality management or inspection systems would be beneficial. Ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Willingness to work on site in Finland, Germany, or the Netherlands.
