Our client is a specialist façade contractor based in Preston, delivering curtain walling, window and rainscreen cladding packages across the North West and beyond. Due to continued project growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate façade design across multiple live schemes.
This is a key role within the business, working closely with commercial, operational and client teams to ensure technical accuracy, programme compliance and successful project delivery.
The Role- Manage façade design from pre-construction through to handover
- Coordinate curtain walling, window systems and rainscreen packages
- Oversee design development, technical submissions and approvals
- Liaise with architects, consultants and main contractors
- Ensure compliance with current regulations and fire requirements
- Support project teams with technical guidance and value engineering
