Passive Fire Protection Project Manager

Role Responsibilities: Manage passive fire protection projects from inception to completion Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of compliance and safety Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain timelines and budgets Monitor site activity, quality control, and health & safety compliance Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues Regional travel required to oversee multiple live projectsRequirements: Proven experience in managing passive fire protection works (fire stopping and/or fire doors) Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and third-party accreditations such as FIRAS or BM TRADA Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionallyBenefits: Competitive salary package (£55,000–£65,000 depending on experience) Company car or car allowance Clear path for career progression and professional development Discretionary performance-based bonus Opportunity to work with a market-leading specialist contractor in a thriving sectorTo apply or find out more, please get in touch
