Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage passive fire protection projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of compliance and safety
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain timelines and budgets
  • Monitor site activity, quality control, and health & safety compliance
  • Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues
  • Regional travel required to oversee multiple live projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing passive fire protection works (fire stopping and/or fire doors)
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and third-party accreditations such as FIRAS or BM TRADA
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
