Our client, an industry leading company in the Fire Protection market, is on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Contracts Manager to help grow their Passive Fire Protection division, running projects from inception to completion throughout the London and South East area.

About our Client

Our client is a well-established Fire Protection contractor operating for over 20 years. They have undertaken various projects within the Local Authority Housing, Education, Healthcare sectors, amongst other areas.

About the Role

Key responsibilities of this role would include but not be limited to:

  • Implementation of systems to ensure successful take off and completion of Passive Fire Protection projects
  • Maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders alike
  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with Fire Protection regulations and guidelines
  • Capability of undertaking full scope of any given project, with involvement of estimating, business development, Health & Safety, cost control, overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record within a senior management role for the Passive Fire Protection industry
  • Be commercially aware
  • Possess knowledge of Fire Door installation techniques and regulations (advantageous but not required)
  • Have knowledge of local authority repairs and maintenance works (advantageous but not required)
  • See themselves as an ambitious self-starter who can hit the ground running
