The Company:
Our client is an ambitious and growing London based multi disciplined fire protection contractor with a highly professional organisation and an impressive portfolio of major clients. They are well established in a number of dynamic and growing markets.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for helping to lead our clients growing Fire Door Installation and Maintenance Division. Reporting directly to the Operations Director and working alongside other commercial and management staff to deliver a quality and efficient service to their clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Fire protection installers and Joiners.
- Help manage and co-ordinate projects from inception to hand over ensuring they are delivered on programme and budget.
- Ensure compliance with BM Trada Q Mark Certification procedures.
- Implementing method statements and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance software.
- Communicating with the clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
About You:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a fire doors and fire protection specialist and a track record in management. You’ll be a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative, and apply innovative thinking to the role. You’ll be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and team player with a meticulous attention to detail.
You will be proficient in use of Word and Excel and be able to use any in house software necessary. Have the ability to build good relations with clients and colleagues. Hold a full Driving License.
