Our client is an established and growing business looking to appoint an Outbound Commercial Sales Executive to support continued growth across their commercial client base. This role would suit a confident and driven sales professional with experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation and account development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships and securing new business through proactive sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out outbound calls to prospective commercial clients
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to closing
  • Arrange meetings and presentations for senior sales or operational teams
  • Follow up enquiries and maintain regular client contact
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within the CRM system
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Support marketing and business development campaigns where required
  • Produce sales reports and pipeline updates for management

Requirements

  • Previous experience within outbound B2B sales, telesales or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident making high volumes of outbound calls
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Target-driven and self-motivated

  • Good IT and administrative skills
