Available for an Immediate Start* This Project Manaager role is for an established company in Wolverhampton that works all throughout the country in demanding settings including UK airports, client offices, commercial spaces, restaurants, and retail shops. Also specialising in completing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, their priorities are quality, safety, and making sure every job is completed successfully and to the greatest standards possible. We are looking for a full-time Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of MEP projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and ensuring successful delivery, contributing to design, budget management, and handling variations, and ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety regulations. This role also requires maintaining good client connections and managing communication efficiently as well as managing project quality to ensure that all tasks and operations meet high standards. Overall, this role provides an excellent chance to oversee national projects, with a particular emphasis on airport settings. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage Mechanical and Electrical projects from inception to completion. Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems. Travel across the UK to various project sites, primarily in airport locations.Qualifications & Skills: Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing projects with solid project management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Clean driving license (essential for travelling to project sites across the UK). Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is advantageous but not essential. Relevant qualifications (SMSTS or industry card) would be beneficial.Benefits: Immediate start available.
