We are recruiting for an experienced Bespoke Kitchen Sales Designer to join a high-end kitchen and interiors business. The role will involve managing clients from initial enquiry through to design, quotation and order, creating tailored kitchen schemes that balance aesthetics, practicality and budget. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and the installation team to ensure each project is delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet clients in the showroom and discuss their requirements, style and budget
  • Produce bespoke kitchen designs, layouts and presentations
  • Prepare quotations and manage revisions throughout the sales process
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects and interior designers
  • Guide clients through finishes, materials, appliances and specification options
  • Manage projects from initial consultation through to order and handover
  • Follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales
  • Liaise with technical, production and installation teams
  • Ensure designs are accurate, practical and suitable for manufacture and installation
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates to clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in kitchen design and sales
  • Experience working within the high-end, luxury or bespoke kitchen market
  • Strong design ability with a commercial and sales-focused approach
  • Confident producing detailed kitchen layouts and presentations
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using kitchen design or CAD software
  • Knowledge of cabinetry, appliances, worktops and interior finishes
