About Our Client
Our client is a well-established flooring and ceramic tiling contractor, delivering commercial projects valued up to £3m for Tier 1 & 2 contractors.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout. This role sits within the operational side of the business, liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding service to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise labour and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise with main contractors’ site teams to meet project expectations
- Monitor project progress and report to the operations team
- Carry out health & safety admin duties (RAMS, toolbox talks, etc.)
- Attend regular site meetings
Requirements
- Experience in project management (ceramic wall & floor tiling preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to self-manage workload
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS required
- SMSTS / SSSTS preferred (not essential)
