Our client is a well-established interiors subcontractor delivering drylining, partitions and ceiling packages across high-rise residential and large-scale developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects with Tier 1 main contractors.

The Role

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of drylining packages from pre-start through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple drylining projects across residential schemes
  • Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
  • Working closely with Tier 1 main contractors and client teams
  • Ensuring H&S compliance and site standards are maintained
  • Managing project budgets, variations and reporting progress
  • Attending site meetings and coordinating with design and commercial teams
  • Driving programme and resolving any on-site issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within drylining / interiors
  • Track record working with Tier 1 residential main contractors
  • Strong understanding of partitions, ceilings and drylining systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-paced programmes
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Black CSCS Card
  • SMSTS qualification
