Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing tender documents, drawings and project specifications.
- Support the estimating team with take-offs, measurements and cost preparation.
- Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Help prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns and supporting information.
- Maintain organised records of drawings, quotes, estimates and tender documentation.
- Work closely with senior team members to understand pricing, specifications and commercial requirements.
- Attend internal tender reviews and handover meetings as knowledge develops.
- Build technical and commercial knowledge across specialist construction packages.
Qualifications
