About the Client
Our Client is a specialist contractor delivering fire safety and ventilation compliance projects across residential and social housing portfolios. They partner with housing associations and property stakeholders to deliver planned works, upgrades, and remedial programmes to a high technical and regulatory standard.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage Fire Alarm and AOV contracts from award through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme and commercial targets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and supervisors, including troubleshooting and best-practice installation approaches.
- Ensure works comply with relevant regulations, standards, and client specifications.
- Coordinate scheduling, labour planning, materials, and resource allocation across multiple live sites.
- Review technical drawings, scopes of work, and specifications to validate delivery requirements and identify risks early.
- Support SNH contracts with a strong technical focus, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and smooth project delivery.
- Monitor quality, documentation, and handover deliverables, ensuring close-out packs meet requirements.
- Track performance, compliance, and project reporting using Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Outlook/Word).
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Fire Alarm contracts end-to-end.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm systems and AOV systems.
- Hands-on background “from the tools” with practical experience in installation, commissioning, and fault-finding.
- Experience working within residential and/or housing association environments.
- Confident interpreting technical specifications, drawings, and scopes of work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Clear communicator capable of supporting field teams and maintaining positive client relationships.
