Roles/Responsibilities
- Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings to fully understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labour, materials, and indirect resources in line with project programmes.
- Carry out take-offs and pricing for aluminium glazing systems including curtain walling, windows, doors, and balconies.
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring all submission deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to obtain accurate pricing and technical information.
- Analyse project requirements and provide solutions to technical and commercial challenges.
