About the Role:
- Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams
- Ensuring work is installed safely, on time, within budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards
- Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively
- Managing projects ranging from £5k through to £1 million +
About the Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 year s relevant management experience preferably within the fencing industry
- Knowledge of Security Fencing/ Gates/ Hoarding etc
- CSCS/SMSTS would be an advantage
- Experienced in effectively leading teams
- Effective influencing, negotiating skills
- Estimating to effectively capture all variations
- Knowledge managing project, with a strong commercial acumen
- Accurate forecasting
- Excellent organisational skills
- Communication skills & leadership
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
