Our client is looking to appoint a Fire Engineer or Senior Fire Engineer to join their growing consultancy team delivering building safety and fire engineering projects across London and the Home Counties. The role offers the opportunity to work across high-rise residential, remediation and developer-led projects, supporting a range of fire engineering and external wall assessments within a client-facing consultancy environment.
The position will involve:
- Fire Strategies & Fire Statements
- External wall and remediation projects
- High-rise residential schemes
- Client and developer meetings
- Technical reporting and peer reviews
- Mentoring/supporting junior team members
Experience within:
- Fire engineering consultancies
- Building safety environments
- External wall/remediation projects
- Residential and mixed-use developments
- PAS9980 and FRAEW assessments
Preferred qualifications/affiliations:
- MIFSM, IFE or CABE
- Chartered status or working towards chartership
- Level 4 or Level 5 Fire qualifications
